1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.cyclenorway.com and govern your access to digital services and physical merchandise offered through the website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for each country. Any additional costs, such as shipping, will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.
4. Agreement
The agreement between the buyer and M Tolley AS consists of these terms, your order, and the order confirmation. In case of conflict, the order confirmation will prevail.
5. Payment
We accept secure payments through Stripe, which allows for payment via most major credit and debit cards and other payment systems available in certain countries. The amount will be charged at the time of purchase for digital services or at the time the merchandise order is placed.
6. Delivery
a) Digital Services (subscriptions, online consultations, and route planning and itineraries)
Access to Subscription digital services is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. Username and password created by the customer at checkout gives valid access for the time specified at checkout. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Access for online consultation and route planning itineraries are agreed upon by the seller and buyer and a designated date is confirmed in writing to the buyer. If this date cannot be met for whatever reason, the seller must inform the buyer at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery and provide an alternative date or a refund based on what is mutually agreed.
b) Merchandise
All merchandise is made to order. Production time is normally 5-10 business days, with shipping times depending on your location. Total delivery time is generally 10-20 business days.
7. Right of Withdrawal
a) Digital Services – Subscriptions
By purchasing a digital subscription or service, you expressly agree that access begins immediately after payment. Under Section 22 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once access is granted.
This means:
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or cases where information was available but not what the user expected.
- Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payment, verified technical failure, or material misrepresentation of content. Any approved refund will be issued minus the transaction fees incurred by Cycle Norway.
b) Merchandise
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item, provided the item is not customized or made to order. As our merchandise is made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless the item is defective or not delivered. If applicable, the buyer must cover the cost of return shipping.
c) Digital Services – Video Consultation and Cycle Route Planning & Itinerary.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment or start of work on the itinerary. Under 24 hours is up to the discretion of Cycle Norway.
8. Complaints and Defective Products
If your product is defective, missing, or damaged, you have the right to complain under the Consumer Purchase Act. You must notify us within a reasonable time (within 2 months of discovery), and no later than 2 years after purchase.

9. Refund Policy – Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. It is important that you read the product title and description thoroughly before purchasing.
Refunds for digital products will only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice.
- Technical Issue: The product has a reproducible technical issue that cannot be resolved.
- Misrepresentation: The product description materially misrepresents the item.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- You or your client no longer need the item.
- You found a better alternative.
- You lack the necessary software or skills to use it.
- Dissatisfaction with content that was described and available.
- Your download was unsuccessful due to your internet connection.
- You bought the item by mistake and downloaded it.
- You cannot provide evidence of a claimed technical error.
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase.

10. Complaint Deadlines
All complaints must be submitted within 2 years of purchase, or 5 years if the product is intended to last significantly longer. Complaints must be sent to [email protected].

12. Subscription Terms
Cycle Norway offers access to digital content on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically at the end of each subscription period.
- An email reminder will be sent to your registered email address at least 7 days before your subscription renews. This allows time to cancel before being charged again.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- If your subscription renews and you forgot to cancel, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus any transaction fees charged by the Stripe payment system.
- No refunds are offered for subscription periods already partially used unless covered under this 14-day grace period.
Subscription Use Policy
Cycle Norway subscriptions grant access to digital content and services for personal use only. Subscriptions may not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated or agreed in writing.
Misuse of subscription access (e.g., account sharing or unauthorized redistribution of content) may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.13.
14. Conflict Resolution
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time explained in points 7 and 8. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, you may bring the matter to:

15. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All content on the Cycle Norway website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, and route data, is the exclusive property of Cycle Norway unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content for commercial purposes and in some cases personal use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Cycle Norway. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Republishing content on other websites or platforms.
- Using route information for commercial tour operations.
- Distributing our materials in any form without authorization.
Any infringement may result in legal action and termination of access to our services.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Cycle Norway’s website may include links to third-party platforms and services, such as booking systems, mapping tools, and other websites. While we strive to partner with reliable providers, we do not control these external services and are not responsible for their content, functionality, or availability. Users acknowledge that:
- Accessing third-party services is at their own risk.
- Cycle Norway is not liable for any issues arising from the use of these external platforms.
- Any transactions or interactions with third-party services are solely between the user and the respective provider.
17. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
Users of the Cycle Norway website and associated services agree to:
- Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Refrain from engaging in activities that could harm the website’s functionality or other users’ experiences.
- Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
