Hi, Trondheim to Namsos is the one part of the eurovelo 1 where the official route is a little unclear. There are several way to get to Namsos and they are all very simular. It’s a wide open area of the country with mainly quiet roads and farms. You decide what looks best to you. There is nothing to be concerned about in this area and I have cycled two different routes both simular with not one being overall better. Sticking to the Fjord my be the most scenic but it’s all nice around there.
