Hi, did anyone cycle from Eidfjord through Måbødalen upwards towards Hardangervida and further to Haugastøl? According to googlemaps streetview the cyclingpath looks sincerely closed… the tunnels look like a serious obstacle now…

Yes, keep away from the tunnels. Someone posted that they cycled it in June without any major problems. There were just a few rocks on the side road in June. The side road is offically closed so you cycle it at your own risk (but loads of people cycle it each year).
Might have cycled it today with no problems. Biggest obstacles might have been the fences. There is no need to carry the bike or anything. Fully rideable. Coming up from Eidfjord the sign on the fence ccrosses out cars and motorbikes, but not bicycles.
