Unfortunately, yes! They are not located in the North (Brønnøysund and above) but below that line, you will find them in grasslands and forests. They love to jump on dogs. I found one on a dog the other day after it had been running around in high grassland. When wild camping try and ensure you camp in an open space (not a dense forest). Check your body after wild camping in a forest. Diseases that they carry can only be transmitted after 24 hours of being attached to you. If you remove it within that time frame you should be fine. If you are aware and careful where you camp you should have no problems.
