Help! We’re stuck near Sortland!

Hello!
We are in the middle of our bikepacking trip, and tonight our through axel broke for the ToPeak Journey trailer, so we are stuck about an hour bike outside of Sortland (we’re camping the night in ForFjord). Without the axel we can’t take our gear. We’re planning to leave the trailer here and bike to the nearest shop in the morning (Sport 1), but we’ve already rang them and they don’t have a spare. Apparently this brand is hard to come by, particularly the size we have (Journey Trail TX 12mm x 180mm ). Not sure what we can do, any help much appreciated!

Maybe its possible to express order from bikeshop. They sell that brand.

They have an express next day delivery option (Posten Ekspress neste dag 399,00)

Order before Thursday afternoon and you’ll have it Friday. Just find a hotel to use as a base/address for a few days.

While waiting do a few day rides in the area.

Thanks! We will order another axle. In the meantime, the guys at Sport 1 in Sortland were able to hack together an interim solution in their workshop – they are absolute champions! Highly recommend them. So back on the bikes for now – onto Lofoten next ??
