These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.cyclenorway.com and govern your access to digital services and physical merchandise offered through the website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The buyer is the consumer who places the order and accepts these terms.
All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for each country. Any additional costs, such as shipping, will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.
The agreement between the buyer and M Tolley AS consists of these terms, your order, and the order confirmation. In case of conflict, the order confirmation will prevail.
We accept secure payments through Stripe, which allows for payment via most major credit and debit cards and other payment systems available in certain countries. The amount will be charged at the time of purchase for digital services or at the time the merchandise order is placed.
a) Digital Services (subscriptions, online consultations, and route planning and itineraries)
Access to Subscription digital services is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. Username and password created by the customer at checkout gives valid access for the time specified at checkout. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Access for online consultation and route planning itineraries are agreed upon by the seller and buyer and a designated date is confirmed in writing to the buyer. If this date cannot be met for whatever reason, the seller must inform the buyer at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery and provide an alternative date or a refund based on what is mutually agreed.
b) Merchandise
All merchandise is made to order. Production time is normally 5-10 business days, with shipping times depending on your location. Total delivery time is generally 10-20 business days.
a) Digital Services – Subscriptions
By purchasing digital content, you agree to waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under Section 22 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. Access is granted immediately, and therefore, refunds are limited (see section 9).
b) Merchandise
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item, provided the item is not customized or made to order. As our merchandise is made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless the item is defective or not delivered. If applicable, the buyer must cover the cost of return shipping.
c) Digital Services – Video Consultation and Cycle Route Planning & Itinerary.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment or start of work on the itinerary. Under 24 hours is up to the discretion of Cycle Norway.

If your product is defective, missing, or damaged, you have the right to complain under the Consumer Purchase Act. You must notify us within a reasonable time (within 2 months of discovery), and no later than 2 years after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. It is important that you read the product title and description thoroughly before purchasing.

Cycle Norway offers access to digital content on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically at the end of each subscription period.
Subscription Use Policy
Cycle Norway subscriptions grant access to digital content and services for personal use only. Subscriptions may not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated or agreed in writing.
Misuse of subscription access (e.g., account sharing or unauthorized redistribution of content) may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.13.
