Lysefjorden Loop

Flat roads lead you out of Stavanger or Sandnes to a ferry port, where the long journey down the world-famous Lysefjorden drops you off in a different world. Now, high-raised mountains are all around you, and the world-famous Lysevegen, with its 27 hairpin corners, awaits. On top, a barren, cold and rocky world now lies in front of you. Plenty of ups and downs will eventually lead you down into Sirdal, a unique narrow valley that will take you back to the Stavanger region with plenty of beauty to keep you occupied along the way. This is the very best of the southern region and a must for any adventure-seeking cyclists.
