I know from US hiking trails that it is not uncommon to send packages ahead to certain addresses, mostly outdoor shops. I don’t know if such a network exists in Norway. You might have to reach out to shops ahead of time to check if they are willing to hold on to goods for you for a while.

I do imagine, however, that the cost of postage might already cancel out your savings on bulk…
