Oh and special Norwegian snacks: waffles, cinnamonbuns (cycle to Unstad beach and get one at the surf shop, they cost a fortune but they’re seriously good…), dried fish. Trevarefabrikken and Klatrekafeet in Henningsvær (Lofoten) are cozy cafes to visit, but tend to get really busy..
