Once I was able to get good internet I have found the CycleNorway website invaluable. It’s been a great help. Unfortunately I have not been able to get on a train as suggested because there is no train between Trondheim and Lillehamer only replacement buses because a bridge has apparently been washed away. The online booking does not allow me to book my bike so I have started cycling the Pilgrim route south but am now faced with the dreaded E6 at Opdal and see no alternative apart from just trying my luck and asking a bus to take me tomorrow….
