Noen av de mest minneverdige opplevelsene i Norge kommer ikke fra hoteller eller campingplasser, men fra rolige kvelder ved en fjord, elv eller fjellsj\u00f8, der man sovner til lyden av vann mot strandkanten mens midnattssolen langsomt blekner. Norges allemannsrett, kjent som&nbsp;<em>allemannsretten<\/em>, er nesten utelukkende bygget p\u00e5 tillit og gjensidig respekt. Fra ung alder l\u00e6rer nordmenn viktigheten av \u00e5 beskytte naturen, respektere privat eiendom, etterlate ingen spor og oppf\u00f8re seg ansvarlig ute i naturen, slik at alle kan fortsette \u00e5 nyte denne unike tilgangen til landskapet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som bes\u00f8kende er det viktig \u00e5 forst\u00e5 at dette systemet bare fungerer fordi det store flertallet av mennesker behandler naturen med varsomhet. D\u00e5rlig oppf\u00f8rsel, fors\u00f8pling, uansvarlig camping eller forstyrring av husdyr og lokalsamfunn truer den balansen. Teltliv i Norge handler ikke bare om hva du lovlig har lov til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re, det handler ogs\u00e5 om \u00e5 forst\u00e5 kulturen og ansvaret som f\u00f8lger med den friheten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"profidev-left-right template-2 wp-block-profidev-left-right\" id=\"right-to-roam\">\n\t<div class=\"theme-container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wrapper\">\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group theme-text-element left is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size with-border\">Allemannsretten<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group theme-text-element right is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-5-font-size\"><strong><u>Regler for vill camping: Allemannsretten \u2013 Friluftsloven (1957)<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regel nr. 1<\/strong>: Kun tillatt p\u00e5 utmark som ikke er gjerdet inn. Som for eksempel skog og mark, fjell, myr og strender. Allmenning er alt mennesker har bearbeidet, som for eksempel \u00e5ker (med eller uten avling), eng og beitemark, hager, byggetomter og industriomr\u00e5der.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel nr. 2<\/strong>: Du m\u00e5 v\u00e6re minst&nbsp;<strong>150 meter unna<\/strong>&nbsp;fra n\u00e6rmeste bebodde hus eller hytte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel nr. 3<\/strong>Sm\u00e5 omr\u00e5der med ukultivert mark innenfor oppdyrket mark regnes ikke som friluftsomr\u00e5de. For eksempel er det ikke greit \u00e5 sette opp teltet p\u00e5 en liten flekk med ukultivert mark mellom to g\u00e5rder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel nr. 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Hvis du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 overnatte mer enn to netter p\u00e5 samme sted, m\u00e5 du ha tillatelse fra grunneieren, unntatt i fjellet eller i sv\u00e6rt \u00f8de omr\u00e5der.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel nr. 5:&nbsp;<\/strong>B\u00e5l er forbudt&nbsp;<strong>fra 15. april til 15. september<\/strong>. Unntak er omr\u00e5der med lav brannfare ved sj\u00f8en eller p\u00e5 godkjent b\u00e5lplass. Du b\u00f8r alltid sjekke at det ikke er fare f\u00f8r du starter. I perioder med ekstrem t\u00f8rke kan grilling, gassbrennere og campingkj\u00f8kken v\u00e6re forbudt. Hvis du lager et b\u00e5l,&nbsp;<strong>ta med ved hjemmefra eller fra en butikk<\/strong>&nbsp;eller d\u00f8dt treverk p\u00e5 bakken. Ikke sag eller brekk friske grener.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel nr. 6<\/strong>Noen omr\u00e5der i nasjonalparker, naturreservater, popul\u00e6re naturlige turistattraksjoner og verdensarvsteder vil ha restriksjoner. Du m\u00e5 f\u00f8lge alle skilt og lokal informasjon. B\u00f8tene kan bli h\u00f8ye.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel nr. 8:<\/strong>&nbsp;LA INGEN SPOR \u2013 N\u00e5r du drar, skal det ikke v\u00e6re mulig \u00e5 se at du har overnattet
