Bare hovedveiene som er essensielle for \u00e5 holde forsyningene i gang, holdes \u00e5pne med hjelp av br\u00f8ytebiler. Mindre essensielle veier stenges vanligvis n\u00e5r tung sn\u00f8fall starter sent p\u00e5 h\u00f8sten eller tidlig vinter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I mars og april starter veiarbeiderne med tungt maskineri arbeidet med \u00e5 rydde de stengte fjellveiene. Hvert \u00e5r opplever de forskjellige forhold. Noen ganger er det store sn\u00f8mengder som det tar tid \u00e5 fjerne. Andre \u00e5r betyr lite sn\u00f8 at veiene raskt ryddes og \u00e5pnes i god tid. Du m\u00e5 imidlertid huske at selv om en vei \u00e5pnes raskt, er v\u00e5ren i fjellet en ustabil tid med sn\u00f8skredfare. Fjellveiene kan stenges uten forvarsel og nysn\u00f8 kan holde dem stengt i en periode.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vennligst merk at det aldri er en fast dato for n\u00e5r en vei \u00e5pner.
