Pour ceux qui ne sont pas s\u00fbrs de leurs capacit\u00e9s, nous recommandons d'utiliser un v\u00e9lo \u00e9lectrique ou de s'en tenir aux routes c\u00f4ti\u00e8res de l'Atlantique, car c'est l\u00e0 que se trouvent les routes les plus plates.
