Einige der denkw\u00fcrdigsten Erlebnisse in Norwegen stammen nicht aus Hotels oder Campingpl\u00e4tzen, sondern von ruhigen Abenden am Fjord, Fluss oder Bergsee, bei denen man beim Einschlafen dem Rauschen des Wassers am Ufer lauscht, w\u00e4hrend das Mitternachtslicht langsam verblasst. Norwegens Jedermannsrecht, bekannt als&nbsp;<em>Jedermannsrecht<\/em>, wird fast ausschlie\u00dflich auf Vertrauen und gegenseitigem Respekt aufgebaut. Schon in jungen Jahren wird den Norwegern die Bedeutung des Schutzes der Natur, der Achtung des Privateigentums, des Hinterlassens keiner Spuren und des verantwortungsvollen Verhaltens im Freien beigebracht, damit jeder diesen einzigartigen Zugang zur Landschaft weiterhin genie\u00dfen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Besucher ist es wichtig zu verstehen, dass dieses System nur deshalb funktioniert, weil die \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigende Mehrheit der Menschen sorgsam mit der Natur umgeht. Unachtsame Verhaltensweisen, M\u00fcllentsorgung, verantwortungsloses Campen oder St\u00f6rungen von Nutztieren und lokalen Gemeinschaften bedrohen dieses Gleichgewicht. Wildcampen in Norwegen bedeutet nicht einfach nur, was man rechtlich tun darf, sondern auch, die damit verbundene Kultur und Verantwortung zu verstehen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"profidev-left-right template-2 wp-block-profidev-left-right\" id=\"right-to-roam\">\n\t<div class=\"theme-container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wrapper\">\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group theme-text-element left is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size with-border\">Allemannsretten<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group theme-text-element right is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-5-font-size\"><strong><u>Wild Camping Regeln: Jedermannsrecht \u2013 Gesetz \u00fcber das Recht auf freien Zugang zur Natur (1957)<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regel Nr. 1<\/strong>Nur auf unbebautem, nicht eingez\u00e4unten Land gestattet. Wie W\u00e4lder und Forste, Berge, Moorlandschaften und Str\u00e4nde. Kultiviertes Land ist alles, was der Mensch ver\u00e4ndert hat, wie z. B. Ackerland (mit oder ohne Pflanzen), Wiesen und Weiden, G\u00e4rten, Baupl\u00e4tze und Industriegebiete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel Nr. 2<\/strong>Sie m\u00fcssen mindestens&nbsp;<strong>150 Meter entfernt<\/strong>&nbsp;vom n\u00e4chsten bewohnten Haus oder H\u00fctte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel Nr. 3<\/strong>Kleine Fl\u00e4chen unkultivierten Landes innerhalb von kultiviertem Land gelten nicht als offenes Gel\u00e4nde. Zum Beispiel ist es nicht in Ordnung, Ihr Zelt auf einem kleinen St\u00fcck unkultivierten Landes zwischen zwei Bauernh\u00f6fen aufzuschlagen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel Nr. 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Wenn Sie l\u00e4nger als zwei N\u00e4chte am selben Ort bleiben m\u00f6chten, m\u00fcssen Sie die Erlaubnis des Grundbesitzers einholen, au\u00dfer in den Bergen oder sehr abgelegenen Gebieten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel Nr. 5:&nbsp;<\/strong>Lagerfeuer sind verboten&nbsp;<strong>vom 15. April bis zum 15. September<\/strong>. Ausnahmen sind gefahrenarme Zonen am Meer oder an einem genehmigten Lagerfeuerplatz. Sie sollten stets pr\u00fcfen, ob keine Gefahr besteht, bevor Sie beginnen. Bei extremer Trockenheit k\u00f6nnen Grillpartys, Gasbrenner und Campingkocher verboten sein. Wenn Sie ein Lagerfeuer machen,&nbsp;<strong>Bringen Sie Brennholz von zu Hause oder aus dem Gesch\u00e4ft mit<\/strong>&nbsp;oder Totholz am Boden. S\u00e4gen oder brechen Sie keine frischen \u00c4ste ab.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regel Nr. 6<\/strong>In einigen Gebieten von Nationalparks, Naturschutzgebieten, beliebten nat\u00fcrlichen Touristenattraktionen und Welterbest\u00e4tten gelten Einschr\u00e4nkungen. Sie m\u00fcssen alle Schilder und lokalen Informationen befolgen.
